BOOTH Warwickshire Deciphering Baptism record please. Completed
« on: Saturday 29 April 17 07:42 BST (UK) »
Hello decipherers,

I can see that James Booth was baptised 18 July 1773 - see arrow.

Was he buried the next day?  or is that someone else??   :-\

Thanks Rosie

 - I thought maybe, but wasn't sure.  Possibly Robert Keene - but just needed to check up!

We can leave James alive and kicking then.

For anyone interested, Robert's surname has been transcribed as Moone.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

It is also possible that James was buried 6 July 1783 - same parish - no further information.

Thank you for both those observations, BB.    It all adds to the knowledge.    :)

I don't think itis Moone though, do you?  The M does not look like the M in Mary a couple of lines down.

Something for someone else to work out!   It could be an R though.  :-\
