Hi Folks
Could someone please tidy this photo up for a old Friend, of her Mother its a postcard she sent to her Brother inlaw, He carried this family picture in his uniform tunic pocket right through WW1

Did what I could. Others are probably still working on their own.
If a task is once begun never leave it till it's done. Be the labor great or small, do it well or not at all.

 :) :D This one completes the set of the three photos carried in his uniform pocket by soldier Davie Kean from Neilston during WW1. This is the mother of the women who gave me the pictures for the Neilston War memorial project she will be over the moon that this piece of history has been saved.

As a beginner, I'm still learning how to restore old photos. Things being a bit slow with new photo's at the moment, I thought I'd have some practice on this one posted about a month ago. This was before I started having a go at 'restoration'.

Practicing on this photo made me realise just how good the restores are that were posted by Joy, Trish and HandyPandy! Amazing work by all!

This is really a progress report, it still needs more work. I may return to it when the eyes are working well.
The other restorations are very good - it is not an easy proposition.
