It's possible that this is her husband,

"death of John Cox, age 49, of Wharf St, in Nov 1846",

and John's next wife Mary,

"1846 death was of Mary Cox, age 45, wife of John Cox of Northampton St  (Leic Mercury)".

Any idea's there John and Mary may be buried?!  Is anyone buried with Elizabeth?!
