Any help at all with this will would be appreciated, I have worked out bits and pieces but many words and letters elude me. This image is the first half of the one page will.

So far I have worked out this much, but sure how correct it is:

Wow, oh my goodness! Thank you so much for this transcription. Most of this I could never have even guessed.
It's amazing how much written English has changed over the centuries.
