Samuel Kenyon Marriage in 1903
« on: Tuesday 30 May 17 00:35 BST (UK) »
Samuel Kenyon was married in St Barnabas, Hull in 1903 to Gertrude Whitelam. I believe he was 24 years old at the time.

I'm trying to find out where he was born and to push his line back, because searching on the census isn't helping me...I have no occupation, parents names etc.

Does anyone have access to records which would provide me more of an insight?

Many Thanks

Thankyou very much for that one. So his father was a driver when he was alive. I'll try the 1881 and 1891 census in that case.

Couldn't see any obvious matches earlier with a John as the father.

Incredible finds. That same Samuel is found on the Dock Crews in Hull in the following census. A nice match up for ever I saw one.
