Folks,
George Speechley b 1836 in Yaxley,Huntingdonshire is boarder in Wortley in 1861,occupation railway porter,in September 1861 he marries Mary Ann Griffin b 1836 pob unknown,father John,a shepherd.I have the correct marriage as George's father is Oswald,a gardener.
I can see no births to this couple 1861-1871 nor can i find deaths or 1871 census entry.
Any assistance appreciated.

Failing to search widely enough has tripped me up again,his occupation should have told me he went where the work was!!
There is an 1867 death registered in Hertfordshire with age that matches,may come back to George later.

Set off to find what became of Mary Ann,found a marriage in Peterborough 2nd qtr 1871 to William Tee,her former lodger.1881 census the family is in Peterborough,including John Thomas now a railway porter.
