Sarah Pottinton? No sign of her before she got married.

I have found her with her husband (William Taylor Twell) on the 1901 census, but if you travel back before their marriage i just can not seem to spot her on the census.

She was born (according to the 1901 census) in 1864 in Langworth, Lincolnshire.

Can anyone help me find her on 1891/1881/1871?

Now I dont think a 60 year old would have a 2 year old so Elizabeth may be their Grandmother or at GM to younger Children.

Hi,

Just seen the name and thought it was familiar, I have Sarah Pottinton in my tree through her brother James' marriage to my 3x great grandmother. I haven't taken the Pottinton line back very far (so all info above will help) as pretty sure (and I haven't got around to looking to far into this line) James is not a blood relative as my 2x great grandfather was on the scene before James married my 3x great grandmother and I am pretty certain that James was not the father, proved a little interesting finding the real father though.
James is living with William Taylor Twell and Sarah in 1901 and 1911 according to both census.
James is living with his (and hence Sarah's) mother on the 1891 census, surname on Ancestry is transcribed as Pittington, with James born Lapworth.
