After he mother's death it looks as though Jessie may have spent time in Gloucester with relatives on her father's side.

She may have been a cousin of:

Elizabeth Embling mmn Robertson, birth Dec qtr 1896 Gloucester [died in infancy]
Elizabeth Lyall Watson Embling mmn Robinson [sic], birth Jun qtr 1898 Gloucester
James Watson Embling mmn Robertson, birth Dec qtr 1901 Gloucester

children of William Jonah Embling and Alice nee Robertson.
