Rochester Quarter Sessions and Newspaper 1832

does anyone have access to Rochester Quarter sessions record for 17 Jan 1832 0r newspaper reports on a trail on that date
William CHIFFEY was tried on that date with stealing a gun but all the records I have come across (ancestry and find my past) do not give any details of the crime , who he stole the gun off and where from I would imagine stealing a gun would have been quit big in those days

Any assistance would be most appreciated
