Three children. How old is these pictures and the children in them?

I'd also say 6,8, 11 and wondered if the youngest was wearing an adult's bonnet for a bit of fun.

So if the eldest is about 8, then 5, then 3, and the photos were taken in about 1895-1900, I'll go back to the tree and look for a family with three children born between:
Girl b1887-1892
Boy b1890-1895
Girl b1892-1897

That's assuming they're siblings. I've had others in this collection with groups of cousins, which isn't very helpful!

Hi, Simsam. I've revisited your three siblings photo, giving it a very mild enhancement, but mainly to adjust the size of the older girl so that she is roughly in proportion to the ages suggested by most contributors.

Phyllis..b. 1899
Charles Willis..b. 1901
Annie Kate..b. 1902
Elizabeth Margaret..b. 1906

All born in Chester.

I think charles and Annie would look a younger than the children here if the photo was taken before 1905
They all look over 6 to me .

I have a separate photo of William Augustus's own children (with his wife Elizabeth Ledsham, but not him unfortunately), which I'll post... Phyllis was born in 1897, not 1899 though. He was a bit of a family historian and I think the children in the 3 separate pictures in this thread are probably nephews & nieces, or something similar.
