1841 Census clarification

Just a quick one if possible.

Samuel Barrow 1841 census. Living in Ashton-under-Lyne, 35.

I think it says Mary, 30 plus Elizabeth Ann??? 12 and Hannah A 9????

Could help me with an earlier query.

They are dittoed for the surname Barrow.

Elizabeth Ann 'do'
Hannah A 'do'
