Wondering if Joseph returns to the UK - death record for Joseph Bonney 1864 - Registered December Quarter 1925 - Prescot Lancashire. Aged 61 years -  8b 824 -  ???
Can also see a probate record for what could be the same chap. Passed away 22 October 1925 - 2 Bank Street. St Helens. Mentions a Kate Bonney (widow  ???)

Richard Bonney probably stayed in the UK born 1870 - could have passed away aged 80 years - St Helens - March 1951 - 10F 740

Joseph was my husband's 2nd great grandad. We are also trying to work out what happened to him after he went to NY. As others have said, he seems to be staying with his brother William after he arrived in 1905. And I found an advert for him working as a steam/pipefitter around the same time, but not sure what happened after that. There's an entry on a 1920 NY, Onondaga, census for a Joseph Bonney, from England, right age, but it says he immigrated in 1881 so that doesn't quite fit.
