Find a Grave would appear to have the gravestone of Jessie's parents in Grange Cemetery,Edinburgh.

David Duff, DD, LLD Born Jan 29 1824(Greenock) Died Sep1 1890 (Rothesey)
Jessie Campbell Buchanan Born 1 Sep 1833 (Greenock) Died Aug 3 1812 (Edinburgh).

Both left a will and have  entries in both  the Probate Calendar and Calendar of Confirmations - Rev David Duff was a Professor of Church History at the university. Address 19 Greenhill Place. (This is in the Grange area of the city).

Worth doing a Google search for Rev David Duff Professor of Church History Edinburgh. A piece about the Church Bell at St Columba Church Helensburgh has this."The bell carries the foundry marking James Duff and Sons, Greenock 1861....The minister from 1856 to 1876 was the Rev David Duff...who justhappened to be the son of James Duff (1795 -  1880) who was brought up on Fencewood Farm on the outskirts of Greenock, became a brass founder and established James Duff and Sons".

William

Added James Duff also left a will.He died 23 May 1880 at Greenock. His widow is named as Agnes Kerr.
