The married in in Dunfermline Fife on July 13th 1871 have marriage certificate.

Parents names and mothers maiden names will be on cert - who were they?

Also - no info given in your post re: birthyear  for Thomas

Have you looked for him on the Scottish 1871 to establish his birthplace?

When did they immigrate to the US?

Thomas Hynd subtracting his age from when he got married he was born about 1846 parents Henry Hynd and Grace Cook.  Marion/Mary Sharp was born abt 1852 parents Thomas Sharp and Janet Morgan.  I do not know when they immigrated I know they did because they died here and are buried in a cemetery 1 mile from my house along with the children mentioned in the original post.  I do not know what happened to son Thomas he is 7 months old on the 1881 Scotish census but does not appear on 1891. Mary Sharp Hynd/s died in 1906 in the US.  They are on the 1901 Scotish census so had to have immigrated between 1901 census and Mary's death in 1906.   That is everything I know.
