Can't find a birth registration

I'm looking for the birth year of Ellen Mary Ashman. Her parents were George Ashman and Hannah Harrington.

Her parents were married approximately 1913 possibly in Paddington. By the 1920s they were living in Southwark

Rosie. Yes that's the correct marriage to Walter Mankelow.
So the death registration is the correct person.
I must recheck the date of her parents marriage. She could of course have been born before their marriage

Still can't find a birth registration under the surnames Ashman or Harrington.

Its possible and I will check but I don't think anyone in the family is aware of an earlier marriage
