Mary bn 1899
Patrick bn 1903
Who are their parents

1881 has the same family as you found in 1891 LM but father Walter not William  ;D

Yes it does  that is the family on 1891 and 1901 Rosie but I am a bit confused about this subject now, think I ought to have  lay down in a quiet room

By 1911 the family was rather fractured.
The parents Cornelius and Mary were apparently in Deptford.  Cornelius changed his ages and sometimes his first name to John over the various census. He was born in Westminster in 1854. Mary was born in 1865 in Notting Hill

Hannah was a housemaid

Mary was in a catholic industrial school for girls

I can't find conclusive proof concerning Patrick but he seems to separate from the rest of the family and may have been sent away since the family seems to have hit hard times

There are other siblings older than Mary
