David Ernest Ferguson died 28 Aug 2004  Could not find a listing in Ryerson Index so maybe nothing published

Its not what you were asking for but still might be of some interest. A cemetery plague for the above. It does mention wife's name and kids.. i wont post on here what it says as living people involved but will add the link. You might have to scroll down to get to the photo.
