Trying to see if the above have any connection to my Wickstead family of Nantwich, Cheshire.
Henry Wixstiid, Waltham Holy Cross, will dated 13th August 1615, mentions  Jasper Wixsted, son of my late brother Jasper, and brother in law Mr Thomas Chard, cousin Elizabeth Rutter.

Jasper Wixsted, London will dated 12th October 1597, citizen and mercer. Mentions a daughter Ann and an unborn child, presumably Jasper junior.

Jasper Junior; 1623, mercer, takes on an apprentice.
Children;  Henry, Jasper, Francis.
Buried; 12th January 1631/2, St Bartholomew the Less.

Jasper is an unusual name. A Jasper Rutter was related by marriage to the Wicksteads of Nantwich and Henry Wixstiid mentions a cousin Eliabeth Rutter.
A Thomas Wickstead had a son Jasper, baptised 18/8/1601, buried; 13/9/1608, both at Nantwich.
Another Jasper Wickstead married in 1607 in Chester and was buried 19/3/1625/6, Nantwich.
