She was definitely born then, but the GRO has no record, sadly.

How about Female Kearley, birth reg Sep qtr 1838 Uxbridge? (No mmn indexed).

Yes, that may well be her. Just a shame about no maiden name. If I ordered a copy, would I be able to see the maiden name?

John would have been of age then, but I believe Sarah was born in 1806. I'll have to look again.

Marriage dated October 1821 according to one transcription, so Sarah would have been pregnant with Sarah Ann (baptised February 1822).

Unfortunately not, unless there is an error in the index. If there was a maiden name there it ought to have been listed.  The no maiden name format is typically associated with births out of wedlock, but this early in the civil registration regime one sometimes sees anomalies.
