Born Kirstall 1825, John Cawood Cook or Cooke married Jane Booth (no details) at St Peter, Leeds in October 1847. He is recorded as being a Shoemaker.

If they are still living  ::), Can anybody find either of them in 1851 or 1861?

Well, well.

That seems to be the same man. His parents from his christening record were Aaron and Ann. Aaron also recorded on WedCert to Jane Booth. Seems to be a slight fib about "first marriage" in Charlton City!

Wonder what happened to Jane?

Yes thought it looked like the same person going by the parent's name this could be a possible baptism for Jane Booth also going by the name and occupation of her father ..
