Aloysius James Lester who was engaged after WW1 (1919) whilst in England to a Rose Turner ... I have no records of his/their marriage or return to Western Australia
he enlisted          for the army as aloysisus woodbridge
while in england he supposedly married a rose turner   but cannot find her at all or any thing of her
aloysius deid either in 1923  or 24 and is buried at karrkatta cemetery in western australia
did he actually marry rose turner  andleave ehr in england i  did find a aloysius james woodbridge  lester marreid a freda edith nellie rogers in enlgand and came back to australia

It looks like that he did marry Freda and that Freda came to W.A. and then remarried to BORDONI.
(and possibly  at least one of the children named in her death notice was Aloysius child)

Yes if he married Freda he would definitely leave Rose in England

he did marry freda edith   rogers  there was a rose turner mentioned
there was aletter    written by a rose turner saying she was his wife
this was in in his service records

Dee I think Rose said that they were intending to marry  ... not that they were married.   Perhaps it was part of an excuse for him to be discharged in England or perhaps they went their separate ways.
