Dublin, St Catherine's RC burials
« on: Saturday 05 August 17 11:41 BST (UK) »
Hello

I am look in for a burial or cemetery record for someone who died in the 1830's. They lived in St. Catherine's parish, Dublin and were Catholic.  Her name was Frances Cassin nee McElwaine.  Do burial records exist for this period?

Regards

Steve

Hello

I don't have an address unfortunately.  Her husband Daniel Cassin/Cashin was a confectioner but I can't find any mention of him in the trade directories.  The surname sometimes got changed to Cassidy and there is a burial for F Cassidy, found dead, 1835, St George.  It doesn't state sex or age though.
