McGuire's of Fermanagh

I am searching for my 3x great grandfathers lineage. I only know his name is Michael (Possibly middle initial F) McGuire and that he was born in Ireland in or about 1834. He came to the USA and married Cecilia (Celia) Burke, who was also from Ireland. They married in Indiana in 1856.

I found a ship manifest with a Michael McGuire listed and a Peter McGuire from Fermanagh. The manifest is date 6 July 1858. Michael is listed as being 25 years old. The timeline doesn't add up for his marriage but the ship manifest age listed is about his birth timeline.

Does anyone know of any McGuires ???
