Bona Vacantia list

Does anyone know where to find the Bona Vacantia list?
I followed the link from

but got a page not found error

My brother has just received a letter from a firm of heir hunters regarding the estate of our 1st cousin once removed who died in 2011. I presume she would be on the list

I have looked at this list in the past but as you say it doesn't seem to want to open. Perhaps because I'm using an iPad.
If you read the first paragraph under the heading 'List' it does tell you what to do to enable you to view it.
If in doubt I suggest you contact the web site by phone to see if they can help.

The list is actually missing, or not been named properly.
The "fault" It has been reported.

Try again later/tomorrow?

May be something to do with the Dept's recent move.

I'm using a laptop with MS office including Excell so I should be able to read it.

I have now found a site which allows a search of the BV list

Someone with the same name but without middle name / initial - not very common name - with right year of birth but not birth date, but dying in 2008 not 2011 like I thought is listed. Can't remember where I got the death date from.
The informant was a County Council so I suspect she may have died in a care home.

I am not convinced that the lady who died in 2008 is our relative.

The birth of my relative was registered Q2 1920, her birth date was 26th March so didn't get registered till next quarter. The lady who died in 2008 has a birth date of 8 Jan 1920, so would be registered in Q1 1920.

That list is dated 9/8/17, there "should" be one dated 10/8 and then even 11/8 (today)

There will not be that many changes per day (as you can see).

As a letter has been sent, timescales imply then that the list should contain the relevant name unless the case is complete.
