I sent some info and questions over the weekend and I am waiting for Sue to get back to me, but she is not in the office until tomorrow. It's interesting, that in the "Jones family tree" James's birth cert is showing, but the dates and places are not mentioned in the main tree file. Also, unlike "Isabella Stewart's" stats, her birth, death, location of death and age at death is mentioned, James's is limited to death date and location. I wonder if they know that this is perhaps not John's brother.

From Familysearch. Would seem to confirm that this is a brother of John who died 1915.

"According to Soldiers died in the Great War database on Ancestry,  John died on 28th May 1915 ( not 28th April).
