Halfpenny's Shop in Middlesbrough

Hello,

I am hoping for a long shot here. I am trying to find out the address of my late aunty Hilda and uncle Alf's shop in the Linthorpe area of Middlebrough. I recall visiting there as a child. I know that they moved prior to the passing of my aunty in 1970. I recall it being close to the old Middlebrough football club stadium (Ayresome Park) and on a street corner. Does anyone remember its exact location?

A general store type corner shop. I don't recall if it was an off licence or not though.

The 1964 phone book (at Ancestry) lists the following:

Halfpenny A & H, Gen Dlrs, 39 Bow St, Middlesbrough (with a phone number that is probably no longer correct)
