Yes I have, the son was living at 19 Deverell Street, Newington, but cannot find any pubs listed in the street.

There used to be a pub at No. 67 at the end of Deverell Street called The Duchess of Kent.

It was on the corner of Deverell Street and Upper Bland Street (now Spurgeon Street).

There are flats there now.

Just noticed there is still a pub at the beginning of Deverell Street called the Spit & Sawdust, used to be called The Beehive.
