Hi Jorose - looks like you nailed William J Cook !!
Next thing will be to look for passenger lists. In my searches I have a guy with my surname, who came from my family's area in Yorkshire. He married a girl in Manchester and they sailed very soon after to the Falklands. They ended up in Chilean Patagonia and I'm sometimes in touch with one of his descendants who lives in Antofagasta !! Found their passages so I'll look for William/Guillermo. Curiously, my "relative" (no actual link yet found) was also a William and his tombstone says William but his son was named Guillermo.

Hi Titocanete, I didn't find William in the passenger lists but probably because I didn't have sufficient information. I don't have FamilySearch so couldn't check William's origins as much as needed. I do, however, have Ancestry so if someone could message me the details which Jorose found (rather than the links) I'll look again on the passenger listings.
