Don't think I'm really with it tonight and this is a toughy. I've got rid of a few marks but anything else I try seems to make it worse ???

If anyone wants to use this as a starting point and run with it.....please be my guest...

Hi riogirl,

Is it possible to rescan the photos at a higher resolution - this would give the restorers a much better chance to restore.
There is a tutorial at the top of page if you need help about scanning.

Good luck,

My try at the first photo, one with original hue, and a sepia version. Cheers, Peter.
