up and down and round and round...

searched as far as my fingers can take me :)

George Fisher married Mary ? around 1712 Northamptonshire... possibly EAST HADDON

George is son of William and Mercy (Wright)

after these two I am putting this lot to bed for a while, till my brain is totally refreshed :) and do something easy like - renovate the kitchen...  :o :o ;D ;D ;D ;D

As of this moment ---

I seem to have a bit of confusion in this branch of my tree,
So need to go through it very carefully :)  oh dear.

 ::) ::)

thanks all in anticipation

Hi xin

The registers for East Haddon are in very poor condition but I think this is the one, transcribed as FUTHER

George Fisher married Mary HALL 5th November 1713, both of the Parish and after the reading of Banns.

The records must be in bad condition as FreeREG has the Marriage of;
George TUCKER to Mary HALL, 1 Nov 1713

The Baptisms of their children look pretty good though except for Ann 1724 who is down as Fysher.

Hi Trish,

Yes that page is very poor, but you could compare the letters - and where it had been transcribed as fuTher - I could compare the 't' in another word and see it was a long 's'
