Army List 1942 - Gold Coast Regiment
« on: Monday 04 September 17 12:31 BST (UK) »
A newspaper notice in 1942 gave a marriage for Bernard Ainslie Bond of the Gold Coast Regiment, in Durban, South Africa.
I would like to know if he is any Army List around that time [supposing they were published in wartime].  He had been commissioned in to the 4th Battalion, Prince of Wales's Own Volunteers (South Lancs) in 1936.
Grateful for any clues.
Ainslie

He was still with the South Lancs Regiment (Territorial Army) in 1940.

There are some promotion listings in the Gazette for B A Bond (69224).
