Henry Cross
« on: Friday 15 September 17 18:44 BST (UK) »
Please can you help by cleaning up this rather mucky photo of Henry Cross.

Henry was a Private in the 5th Bn. Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry and he died in the advance north of Delville Wood on 15th September 1916.  He came from Worminghall and was living in Tetsworth at the time of the First World War.

If anyone can also manage to put the curve of his head back where the top of the photo was cropped that would be an added bonus!

many thanks
Tony

Many thanks to the three of you - Henry is looking cleaner!  It will be good to put a better photo with the details of him that I am preparing for a booklet on the fallen men and women of Tetsworth.
