Try the family history society websites for each county.  Sometimes they are restricted to members but not always.

Depends what you mean by parish map, the National Library of Scotland has an online collection of OS maps of England, Scotland & Wales in various scales.
See

These are maps of the area rather than a particular parish.

If you have an Ancestry account they have some decent parish maps from The Phillimore Atlas and Index of Parish Registers (ISBN: 1860772390). You can sometimes find the same maps around the web, if you look hard enough.

The Telegraph has an article about book with some sample images, to give you an idea.

Would this help:

http://maps.familysearch.org/#layer

I managed to get up a map of all the parishes in Kent by

1 Selecting Kent
2 Selecting list of all parishes in Kent
3 Selecting Layer
4 zoom in on Map

Gadget

Add - if you just click on parishes, you'd be able to bring up parishes in both counties by the appropriate zoom.

Maybe just use Google and select one that suits your needs?
Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.
