Help with Elgin Address

Hi Folks,
Struggling with this one, think it starts 12 Inverdue????. Not sure though may be way off. Any help would be much appreciated.

Can you tell us which area in Elgin (Registered) & year please as it may help locating as different maps cover different years & areas?

Noting John Watson is a son, do you have him on a census close to the date of parent's death which may help with address?

Not sure if it makes sense but it looks a bit like Inverduchs Wynd. Not sure about the duchs but I think the rest is correct.

Its 1889, have no idea what part of Elgin. Will check if I have him Census just now.
