I'm assuming we are talking about this family  -

1841 Census:  HO107/563/8 folio 33 page 10
Thomas Maylor - 35 - Stonemason
Anne - 30
Richard - 15
William - 12
Thomas - 10
Joseph - 8
Sarah Anne - 6
Edwin - 4

16 October 1848 - St Martins in the Field, Liverpool
Thomas Maylor - full age, Cooper of Burlington Street.  Father:  Thomas - Stone Mason
Elizabeth Maynard - full age, of Burlington Street.  Father:  James - Officer in the Customs

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Rufford baptism says that the parents are resident in Rufford, and that Thomas is a Labourer  :-\ :-\
