No it's an index entry with a link to a website (Lancs RO I think ) where you can order a copy of the will.

In 1812 there are separate articles headed  Certificates and Dividends for P B Litherland , but I don't know what that means.
Can anyone explain. Thanks

London Gazette Feb 18 1812. Same names. Certificates March 10,
Derby Mercury March 26 1812  Dividends at Guildhall. Certificates April 7. P B Litherland,  Liverpool merchant.

I've found an old online book that explains the issuing of Certificates in the early 1800s and an explanation of the terms of issuing Dividends from 1861 when the law was changed.

Book = "Judges and Judging in the History of the Common Law and Civil Law: From ...
edited by Paul Brand, Joshua Getzler"

The British Newspaper Archive have a notice in the Preston Chronicle and the Liverpool Mercury for May 1833:
On Monday, the 29th ult,, Mr, P. B. L.itherland, eldest son of the late Mr. P. Lltherland, inventor of the patent lever watches

I don't subscribe, so can't see the whole thing.
