Queen Charlotte Hospital Marylebone record needed

Five years ago I found patient record for
Emma Humphrey who gave birth to Frederick George Humphrey 1 Dec 1909
At Queen Charlotte Hospital Marylebone I have since lost those records and have no idea how I found them
Can anyone help please

You've came up tops there I'm forever in your debt.
 I just couldn't remember where I got the info.
Still can't find Emma birth index though as I don't know her father or mother's name or exact D O B that's why I've started looking again.

IF from the previous thread the hospital records show she was 22 in 1909 perhaps you should look in and around that area for a birth circa 1887 + or - 2 years or so, then follow through census to eliminate each one as you think fit

Louisa Maud

I found her with a little help from my Rootschat friends. She was born Emma Andrews 1887 Castle Camps Essex that's why she wasn't showing up as Emma Humphrey

She is probably this one then,with no mothers maiden name,usually meaning that she was born before her mother married.
