What conclusions can be made from this mid-1800s book inscription?

Just out of curiosity is the book a bible.

It's the story of Cain and Abel. It has the heft of a good size novel, with illustrations at the start of each chapter. The spine is deteriorating, so I can't really look at it without doing further damage. As you can see from the image here, the cover and the first pages with the inscription have already broken away.

1851 Ann Knott is born c 1820 Droitwich.
F/S has a christening;
ANN Taylor 19 July 1820, St Andrew, Droitwich to JOSEPH/SARAH

Other possible Children including;
WILLIAM Taylor 14 June 1819 Droitwich to Joseph/Sarah, + JOSEPH christened same day.

On Family Search I can see the christenings for Ann and Joseph. Don't see one for William. But I trust that it should be there with Joseph if I was to look at the parish registers.

Thanks for the heads up on the marriage certificate. I've been to Ancestry to look at it. That was helpful.

I found the William Mayne Knott family in Nebraska. Date of immigration believed by descendants to be around 1851. There's a mention in a book of biographical portraits of settlers. The mother's name is given as Ann (Gardner) Knott. So a bit of misinformation that could send someone off on a wild goose chase from one direction, but might serve as a confirming data point from this direction.

I believe that the emigration nails down the family for the sister. I have the right Ann (Taylor) Knott. Haven't yet tied them to my family of Taylors in Birmingham. Will probably need to pay up for a couple certificates and work my way back to them.
