Help needed tracing grandfather from Russia

Help needed please searching grandfather and or family from Russia - I have ship manifest from UK to ZA 1911
I also Have ZA naturilization certificate   stating from Russia - I have his  fathers name but cannot find anything Have searched all the Archives Latvia /lithuania Courland Russia  I cannot find port of embarkation in the USSR As he had no papers Any tips would be very appreciated        GAzza

Hello His name on the ships  manifest is Feival Kramer this was on the 4 August 1911  on  bound to ZA South Africa  Apparantly his name was changed in ZA to Philip Kramer thank s

Sorry forgot  to Mention his age of Arrival in the U. K per the documents stated he was 32

Birth Date:   abt 1879
Death Date:   28 Oct 1948  69 Buried in Jo'burg.

Thank you Pauline i do have date of Burial in JHB and picture of the Grave stone
ECT   As mentioned i am lost in the search From  him leaving Russia To The U .k as a transmigrant I have  - ( Everything from 1911 to present i have found.)  There are many specialist's-geneologists   who talk About the Poor shelters in the UK  But i cannot locate any data base regarding his name
The Kaplan institute has some info  but nothing regarding my search
