Flying Officer RAF WWII Gordon Duggan KIA 1944 for clean and colour
« on: Saturday 11 November 17 08:04 GMT (UK) »

On this remembrance day 11/11/17, I'd very much appreciate a clean and colour for Gordon Duggan, a flying officer with the RAF, who died at the tender age of 23 (blue eyes and brown hair).

Shot down in a flying batter over Norway on 31st December 1944, remembered with honour at the Runnymede memorial.

Thanks and Kind Regards,  Aussielass

What a beautiful scan, Aussielass.  It is a pleasure to work on.

And a very handsome young man.

Sorry I can't colour, but I just removed some of the specs etc.

Did he get his commission after the photo was taken? In this is picture he is a SNCO pilot not an officer, he's the rank of sergeant.

Not sure if i got the uniform or embellishments the right colour? Did a quick google search and saw a RAF uniform with the light blue on the stripes/eagles etc etc.. So hope it is correct.
