I think it might be brandonferie (Brandon Ferry) which is in Suffolk.

I just thought it was Brandon ... then intimating it was a parish.  So Brandon parish. 
Brandon of Suffolk.
Indicating that he lives in the parish of Brandon, Suffolk ... which might not be Brandon itself, but  within the boundary of that parish.
