The death certificate has a number of heading one of which is "Issue living in order of Birth, their Names and Ages. Deceased, number and Sex."  Francis is shown as living and his age as 43.

The Informants were Minnie PARSONS, Ernest second wife and Matron of the District Hospital at which Ernest died.

I'm thinking Francis is alive because his name is written under the heading of Living.

edit Under the heading of Deceased was referenced 1 Male.  This child was Ernest and Minnie's 12 year old son Campbell Ernest PARSONS.

Where was the death for Ernest?

Hi Gerry,

Ernest died in Nanango, Queensland and is buried at the Nanango Cemetery.  Minnie died in Brisbane in 1974 and her remains are located at the Mt Thompson Memorial Gardens.
