Help reading 17th century letter (civil war period)

Could anyone help transcribing/summarising this letter as I am finding it very difficult to read?

I have done most of the first half.  Still uncertain about a few names:

m(aste)^r [Sliries?] yo^u shall receave herein enclosed the extracts of the

Hundred of [Edernion?] for the [Shipt?] [move/mone?] duly

and Exactly made & p(er)fected by the most discrete

& ablest [?ent] w(i)^thin that allotm(en)^t accordinge to the

teno^r of y(ou)^r warrant & the instrucc(i)ons therein

Comprised, w(hi)^ch hath beene our whole Labor and

imployments this fortnight, for first in regard

of the Sundry devisions & Subdevisions of ev(er)y

taxac(i)on w(i)^thin this Hundred wee appoynted by

our warrants a gen(er)all meetinge of the prime

men there to see the sum(m)es be equally distributed

accordinge to the anncient Custome, And for that...


ADDED:

I now believe the second word is shirief = sheriff

The form of the sh combination is peculiar.

I believe 'Harry Jones' is a mistake and it is in fact Maurice Jones who was one of the principal gentlemen of the parish of Llandrillo during that time....

Yes, the name is probably spelt Marryce Jones.

With the benefit of the summary, I can see the word in line 2 is money, with a vestigial y.
