I think Steve's request was based on the hope that a larger clip would include more examples of the G and an example of the H to use for comparison.

Just in case you weren't aware, the groom in your marriage is identified as Ju(nior) or J(u)n(ior).

On your other thread about Frances I did ask for more of the page to look for a long-s.

Is that perhaps the source of the confusion?

No its OK and I thank you for your perseverance.  Inadvertently I didn't include a clipping with the required letter however it does seem the consensus is the surname is GILL.
