Re Evelyn’s registration - who knows why Stacey pops up! Without the certificate we don’t know who the informant of this birth was, and whether different from the informants on the other births.
Ah I see, yes it could have been someone else couldn't it, I hadn't considered other people (family members) could go to the registry office and do it on her behalf.
