Another marriage in June 1/4 1953 Cardiff to an Agnes B Russ or Williams (registered with both surnames. Agnes B Russ was previously married to a Robert P H Williams March 1/4 1928.

There are three possible children born in Cardiff between 1928 and 1932 who could be the children of Robert and Agnes.

There are also two possible children born in the 1940s under the surname Borge or Williams (indexed with both surnames), mother's maiden name Russ, who might be the children of Samuel and Agnes.

Presumably they couldn't marry before 1953. Perhaps Agnes needed to get a divorce from Robert first.
