Can anyone figure out word between Boys and school
« on: Friday 16 March 18 22:44 GMT (UK) »
As far as I can gather from this school Admission Register the name of the school is:

South Lynn All Saints Boys ?? School.

What are the question marks? I pressume its short for something similar as Sts to the right of Boys is short for Saints.

Any ideas?
Many thanks in advance.

Thank you very much. I wondered if it had anything to do with Church of England, but I was wrong obviously.

Once again Thank you

If you are looking for a CofE connection then probably All Saints is your answer.

Could it be "M"? For Middle School?

Hi,

I don't see El at all. I see NL (National) as in National School.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards

I agree that it's Nl (that's lower-case ell), for National School.
