Thanks Sandra, I have all of the details on the family's children and their burials (except the 1871 census) but I am trying to figure out:

1.) Who is Jane Tackaberry age 9 in the 1881 census
2.) Who is William Tackaberry father of Joseph Tackaberry who was b. 1857

The tree you found has Frances Jane/Fanny's dates wrong - she died 15 Mar 1867 not 1967 and was born in 1848. The Jane in the census is too young to be Nathaniel/Margaret's child as they'd be 50+ when she was born.

The William Henry Tackaberry who m. Martha Burnside would be too young to be father of Joseph Tackaberry b. 1857 because he was born around the same time.

Thanks Sandra, I think this is the William and Jane Mitchell family and that that is the Joseph who was born in 1857! Now I am just wondering how William is connected to my Nathaniel? Wallace is a neighbouring town to Elma, where Nathaniel and Margaret Fennell Tackaberry lived...

On the 1930 census Gladstone Avenue Detroit, Wayne, Michigan.

John Jackson   57 born Michigan. barber.
Myrtle Jackson   47 born Michigan.
Neal Jackson   19 born Michigan.
Joseph Tackafcow 72 born Canada. widowed. first papers. imm 1866. father-in-law.

IF the immigration date is correct then William, Jane and Elizabeth (parents and sister) must have been in Michigan as well.

Thank you!!

None of Joseph's children's names ring a bell EXCEPT Franklin - I had a few "John Franklin Tackaberry"s in my tree but not sure if that's a coincidence. Wondering when William, his dad, died?
