« on: Saturday 07 April 18 19:59 BST (UK) »
Hi.

Has anyone access to Cookham Pr's, for the details of the baptism on FamilySearch.

Mary Anne Lacey. 16 Dec 1810, Cookham, Berkshire.  Daughter of William & Elizabeth Lacey.

And, if possible, the marriage for William Lacey & Elizabeth, and any possible burials.

Thanks for looking.

Berkshire Marriage Index

William Lacey married Elizabeth Roberts by Banns 12 January 1809 at Holy Trinity, Cookham.

I can only find the same details you already have for Mary Ann's baptism.

So, no details of occupation then, nor witnesses for the marriage.

Anyway, thanks very much for looking.  Much appreciated. :)

All I found was the transcription. I haven't seen an image of the Register entry which may posiibly have witness names on it.

Thanks very much.  That explains why he wasn't buried in Princes Risborough, Bucks.

Mary Ann Lacey had a sister, Eliza Lacey, baptised 1818 in P.Risborough. 1851 census shows her with father, as a Brick Layer.

Baptism - 28 Jun 1818. Eliza daughter of William & Elizabeth LACEY of town, Bricklayer.

No burial, that I can see in Princes Risborugh, for mother and wife of William Lacey.   She could have died, between 1818 and 1841, or 1851.

The 1841 census return for what I believe is William Lacey.(b1779.Cookham), is so feint, that I cannot read the return.  He was a bricklayer in 1851 census.  Transcribed as STACEY.

Thanks for the help Emeltom. ;)

Oh, perhaps not. 1847 death would not place him in Princes Risborough, in 1851.  Unless he 'arose' from the grave. ;D

Back to the drawing board. :)

Do you have a reference for the unreadable 1841 Census entry because the only William Lacey I can find is also a Bricklayer but was born in county and has a wife Ann.
