Looking for parents in bilston

I’m looking for parents of John and Anne Lane. Any help much appreciated. Thank you

You need to establish Anne’s maiden name first as she obviously wasn’t born as Lane.

Is Elizabeth’s birth reg on freebmd?  If so - you can use GRO online to get Anne’s maiden name

Posting a baptism entry does not tell us when or where John & Anne were born does it?  So how can we establish the right people?

Have you looked them up on the 1841 and 1851 census to get that info?

Cannot find John and Ann in 1841 but in 1851 they are at Sedgley, Staffordshire with youngest child Ann born 1841 Sedgley and living next door is their daughter Hannah (now married to George Hale).

Although their children all baptised at Bilston their abode is given as Sedgley on the baptism entries.

John Lane married Ann Yates 1/3/1825 Sedgley - on 1851 census John shown bc.1796 Sedgley and Ann bc.1800 Sedgley.

However, all I can find is a John Lane bp.5/10/1800 Sedgley, son of John and Tamer and Anne Taylor Yates, bp.8/11/1803 Bilston, illeg. dau. of Mary Yates.  If Bilston was Anne's birth parish this could explain by their children were baptised there rather than at Sedgley.

There is a baptism of a John Lane 27.12.1793 at St Peters Wolverhampton parents Joseph and Ann which fits the age he gives a little better
